As though turning over

in light sleep,

it layers ripple on ripple:

we walk

the green river.

 

Halfway,

your face

began to sink, upturned,

a while,       uncolored

face

 

My hand too was not in time

to shake the dying one.

My cheeks redden,

it was already

beginning.

 

Please, all of us…

with the gentleness of the lightly half-submerged,

wrapped in algae, infinitely bound:

 

a green-colored,

slender river.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

緑色の川

とろとろと

ねがえりのような

波紋をかさね

緑色の川を

あるく

 

途中で

あなたの顔が

あおむけに沈んでいった

しろく   色のない

顔で

 

死んでゆくひとを

ゆする手も間に合わず

頬はあからみ

もう

始まっていた

 

ねえ、わたしたちみな

浅く浸した半身のゆるさ

藻にまかれ、どこまでも繋がれ、

 

緑色した

一本の川
